I just installed my NIC, a d-link DFE-5300TX+, after
installing the drivers off the included cd, i restarted
only to get a windows stop error.

Stop Error: c0000263 Driver Entry Point Not Found
The \Systemroot\system32\Drivers\DLKRTS.sys device driver
could not locate the entry point InterlockedPopEntrySList
in driver ntoskrnl.exe

I searched microsoft knowledge base and support sites, it
onyl gives this problem as whe you update from NT3.5 to
Win2k, which I didnt do. I fresh installed a while back.
Any Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time
