I have done a restore on my computer, but everytime I try and put a cd in my
drive and run it , it does not work at all. Can someone, help me with this.

You'll first need to tell us exactly what you mean by "... done a
restore," what specific type of CD you're inserting, and what you expect
to happen when the CD is inserted. You haven't given us any information
to work with.
