D: Drive (CD-Rom) & F: Drive (DVD/DVR)

Neither one will work and I don't know what is going on. They won't read
nothing. Every attempt I make with either drive, I receive a pop-up stating
that no disk in drive??? Help ME

Since you haven't told us anything except "it's broken", here are some
