Mornin' all. I've just bought a Primefilm Cyberview X-MF PF3650 Pro3 (who thinks up these catchy names?). I'm baffled by many thing computery, but this really has me stumped. The user's manual says a lot about what features it's got and very little about what it actually does or how to get it to do whatever it does. I'm particularly baffled by the 'Active File Window'.
There's no tutorial and the troubleshooting section just says (in the same somewhat garbled English as the rest of the manual) refer to your dealer. My dealer thinks that's hilarious!
Can anyone direct me to some meaningful guidance/instruction/tuition?

Will the dealer be laughing so much when you return the item,. if it looks like it's going to be a pain to setup / use I'd take it back perhaps?

We'll find out tomorrow! I get far better quality from my Epson RX620 multi-function - just not good enough for some photo libraries. Oh, well, back to saving ... though there's some more grant money on the way!

Thanks to all who tried to help. Dick
