Cyberpower UPS not communicating after installing a MS Update Driver

My UPS was working fine then I installe
CyberPower Battery Driver Version 2.1.1.

I am running Win 2000 Server Small Buss. Ed
The Cyberpower is a CPS1500AVR uni

It was working wonderfully until the instant after I installed the MS Update. Thanks alot Microsoft.
