After installing Windows Defender (Bata 2) I started having problems with
CyberPatrol. I contacted them for assistance, uninstalled, re-installed,
uninstalled, re-installed. Each time an error message says "Network
Interseption DLL failed". I called my ISP first (Insight Broadband), the
tech said it is not them. Anyone have any advise?

When Windows Defender is not installed, does the problem persist?

If so, can you tell us version numbers for CyberPatrol?

I haven't uninstalled Windows Defender and try, I did turn it off and then
install.........same error message. The original version was 7.0, new
version CyberPatrol tech suggested I download and install is 7.5

Bill, I did uninstall Windows Defender then restarted the computer. I logged
in and installed CyberPatrol, same error message that says in part "third
party software or tampering with internet filtering layer of CyberPatrol".
It must not be Windows Defender after all, thanks for your time. Earl

Thanks--I agree--I don't think this is Windows Defender if the symptom
persists after uninstalling.
