Since you are using a cyberlink player and because you have not provided any
other information about your system, I must assume you are using an ATI
Video display adapter card...

1. Right click blank area of desktop/ screen
2. Select Properties | Settings | Advanced | Displays
3. You should now be able to enable/ disable TV/ Monitor/ FPD by clicking
upon the stylized button graphic located in the upper left corner of each
displayed device.
