====================================
Make a cut on each side of the unwanted portion.
Right click / delete the unwanted portion.

The Split button is just below the view screen or
you can type...Ctrl+L.

When you make a cut (split) the movie will pause...
restart it with your space bar.

You need to split the clip at the two points and delete the middle clip.

Ya, but this means that i have to reencode all video, right?
I mean, with MM2 I can't do a "direct stream copy" like VirtualDub,
after I cut parts off my video. Or can I?

yes, all movies saved by Movie Maker are reincoded... using the DV-AVI
profile choice when saving should have minimal if any change from the input
files.
