when I try to upload,(with cute ftp ) I get a message
saying ( can'not find the c:\documents and
settings\mydocuments\cute ftp.hlp.file ).I have just re-
formatted this computer. can some one tell me what
I did wrong, I dont understand this. can anyone help

You could try reinstalling Cute FTP.

Still not a FP issue. It would be an FP issue, if you used FP to FTP the web to the remote server.
