Scenario: Outlook 2000 SP3, Exchange 2003 SP2.
A User receive truncated/cutted email. Another user with the same
configuration don't have this problem. Very strange... any helps?

Was this a message from outside/the Internet?
Does it show up the same way in OWA?
Was this a single message sent to two recipients in your organization, or
two separate messages?

Note that it would be much better for your users if you got them on OL2003
or 2007....Outlook 2000 is old, unsupported, and lacked a lot of features.
Additionally, you don't need to post an Exchange 2003 question to
m.p.exchange2000.clients - you aren't using Exchange 2000.
