Cut & Paste Locked Cells

I have developed a cash flow model for real estate based on a specific
location of imputs (meaning I have lots of locked cells where both the
row and column are locked, as those relate to imputed data) for any
given tenant.

I want to copy/paste the cells in question so I can add multiple
tenants into the model but everytime I paste, I have too many cells
that dont transfer over to the locked cells from the previous tenant.

Is there a way to copy and paste a block of cells so that locked cells
adjust automatically to the newly created imput?
