how do I cut and paste from an html file into a word or notepad one?

For Office 2003

1. Open Word or Notepad
2. Drag your pointer over the text that you wish to copy
3. Ctrl+C (to copy to the clipboard)
4. Move to Word or Notepad
5. Place the insertion pointer where you wish to insert the text.
6. Choose Paste Special from the Edit drop down menu.
