cut and past matching string

I have some massive data in a sheet and want to shift information from one
row or multiple rows to another row behind the information in that row. I
have this kind of information in the sheet:


[bestandnaam]=d2000-1458.txt [woorden]=5861 [zinnen]=161 [regels]=679
[bestandnaam]=d2001-0024.txt [woorden]=3764 [zinnen]=93 [regels]=445
496 21 68 Sole Panelist
506 21 69 Sole Panelist
3754 93 441 Sole Panelist


Where ' bestandnaam' , ' woorden' , 'zinnen' and 'regels' are all in their
own column; A, B, C and D in row 1, row 2 idem dito.

In row 3 number 496 is in column A; 21 in B; 68 in C and the word Sole is in
D and the word Panelist is in column E. So in this example there are 5 rows
in total. The information in row 2-5 belong together.

I want to use a script on row 2-5 because the information in row 3-5 is
relevant for row 2.

I need to cut the information in the rows 2-5 and paste it behind the
information in row 2 in column E that is.

Who has an idea to do this?
