I created a CustomTaskPane when starting the addin. When I open Outlook by
itself it docks to Outlook just fine. But when I open an email (msg) from
Windows Search it open Outlook and docks to the Mail Message window. Anyone
now of away around this?

Is this supposed to be an Inspector or Explorer task pane?

Explorer, but shows up in the Inspector when I open an msg.

Are you setting the window property of the task pane to make sure it's only
opened where you want it?
