How can I customize the "All Programs" list from the
start menu.

I want to add folers and move thing around like I was
easily able to do in Windows '95.

This windows XP is realy difficult to use!!!!

People like you kept inadvertently losing things by moving stuff. Start - Control Panel - Start Menu and Taskbar - Start Menu - Customise - Advanced - Enable Drag n Drop.

Right click Start button
Select Explore and/or Explore All Users.
Then open the Programs folder.
Create new subfolders then rearrange shortcuts.

You can delete the displayed programs on the All programs
list without removing the actual program. You can right
click and send to the start up list if you want easier
access. Click and drag to task bar for quick launch if
you want. Right click on task bar to customize start menu
if you want.
