i am using tasks in outlook to plan my work at my place of work, during the
week i do a no estimate report firstly i do the highlighted jobs, then i do
the ringed ones then i do the unmarked, can i customize the options of status
menu so i can select ring, highlighted or unmarked in addition to the
defaults that are already there? also as each stage is about 33% of the
report can i set it that if highlighted is selected it sets percentage to 33
if ringed then its 66% if unmarked then its 99% etc.

please let me know if this can be done.
