I am trying to move the "Documents and Settings"
and "Program Files" folders to a different hard drive as
the primary system drive is too small to maintain all of
the files. What is the best method for doing this?

Thanks you,
Alex

Hello Alex,

1) "Documents and Settings"

I suggest you read this
Microsoft Knowledge Base Article:-
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=236621
(Cannot Move or Rename the Documents and Settings Folder)

2) "Program Files"

Uninstal your applications.

Reinstal your applications to a different hard drive.
