Customizing Separator Pages

Hello,

Can someone assist me on how to customize a separator page? I've seen the
MS Knowledgebase article http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=102712, but it's
not clear on how to configure it for Legal size AND Letter size separator
pages. The standard .SEP files are fine, but how do I tell it the size paper
to use as the separator page.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
