Customizing Outlook 2003

I just upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2003. Is there anyway to customize Outlook with a similar look and feel like 2000?
Meaning, instead of the navigation pane to have an outlook shortcut bar with the options (contacts, calendar, mail, tasks) displayed.
