Customizing Menu (Adding/Removing/Disabling)

Hi,

Is there a way to customize browser menu, Or even add a
new tool bar. "I am pretty sure there is!"

I want to add, remove/hide, disable browser menu items.

Can somebody please let me know how and where I can find
more information with examples.
