How do I put a picture as a background in any folder in
windows XP? I can do this with Windows ME but not with XP
any help appreciated.

SOrry but thats the dumb way of getting a way to put
background wallpapers in folders. You should replace a
single file from win2000 and modify the registry a bitm
then you have the same Customize folder as in windows 2000.
Dont remember which file, google it.
