Yes, you can customize. Under each contact, there is a "user defined
fields" which is quite easy to customize. I used ACT for 8 years and it got
to the point where updgrades were just plain scary because I didn't trust it.
I've been using BCM for about 3 months and am getting better at it.
PS. to Snaitht..... don't you have a job? You're useless comment on every
post is kind of annoying. I don't think there is a product out there that is
perfect. I do like MS BCM better than ACT! (i believe my last version was
ACT!6.0).
