Customizing or copying search folders

I am trying to make the task of creating new search folders easy, so is there
a way to 'copy' search folder/criteria and then just change it? For instance,
if I want to create a bunch of search folders based on categories and just
change the category name for each of them, is there an easier way than
starting from scratch every time?

Also, if I already have a search folder in one set of pst files, is there a
way to copy/move them to another set of pst files?
