Customizing Citrix Client-Packager

Hello,

to customize the Client-Packager is a nice thing...

The way shown here
http://support.citrix.com/kb/entry!default.jspa?categoryID=149&entryID=4511&fromSearchPage=true
is ok, but
I've tried to install only the PNAgent, but the Program Neighborhood allways
appears!!!

It's not a bug, it's a feature?!!

How can I customize the packager only for PNAgent?
