Customized logo for "CTRL-ALT-DEL" screen

We are running Novell, and customized the "Ctrl-Alt-Del" screen that comes
with the NW Client with our company's logo. We're getting rid of Novell
(mixed feelings here), and, wanted to do a similar customization of the
normal Windows "Ctrl-Alt-Del" screen.

Only trouble...can't see how to do it!

Any tips or tricks?

Failing that, can we customize the login screen background?
