I just wanted to verify after using Microsoft Outlook 2007 help that there is
no way to remove the text from the Ribbon. I have a user that wants to only
have the icons show on the Ribbon.

Not possible unless you commission someone to write code that would
completely replace the ribbon all 17 Outlook ribbons with only text. That
would be rather expensive.
