Customize Outlook Today in Outlook 2000

's Computer Specifications

The Customize Outlook Today button does not work. The workaround in article
820575 does not help because the registry key Application Compatibility does
not exist. May be this is because I now have Internet Explorer 8. Can
anyone help please
