How to customize Outlook to open with both calendar and Inbox?

See the big white space? Ask your question in it. Use plenty of detail
describing what you want and include your Outlook version and account type.

Open Outlook. Display your Inbox. Switch to the Folder List view in the
Navigation Pane. Right-click the Calendar there and choose "Open in New
Window". Tile the two windows as you wish. Now, when you close Outlook,
click File>Exit on the main window. Both windows should close and Outlook
will remember you had them both open and what their positions were. It will
reopen them in the same positions the next time you start it.
