Customize Insert Hyperlink dialobox

Hello, can anyone explain how to limit the number of items that default to
the "Recent Files" "Browsed Pages" and "Inserted Links" list found in the
Insert Hyperlink Dialog Box? Thanks!

What is a Insert Hyperlink dialog box. There isn't one of these in XP. Even though I know what you mean. One would imagine you mean Word. But that doesn't have an Inserted Links. Clear your IE history and Recent Docs history.
