Customize form submit confirmation page?

Hello, I have a text area form set up to get users
feedback. Is it possible to customize (change the
background color and text) the form confirmation page
after they click submit? Its' the white page that would
look like this for example....

Form Confirmation
Thank you for submitting the following information:

Name: fdgfdg

Message
fdgfdgfdg

Return to the form.

You have to create a custom Confirmation, use the Insert | Web Components | Confirmation Field and
link to the page in the form dialog.

Sorry, forgot to ask..can you customize the form
validation page as well? This one.....

Form Validation Error
Please correct the information you provided by following
these steps, then submit the information again:

Please enter at least 6 characters in the "Email" field.

Return to the form.

I would say yes, since you can enter a link, but I have never used one.
