The features you want are provided by the executable and DLL and
can't be duplicated via registry tweaks. I run tclock.exe /
tclockex.dll here (different features) and they are the providers of
the function/appearance over and above that provided by explorer.exe.
There may exist alternative software of course, but something has to
actually do what you you want.
