How to make the the drop-down Category menu work that is found in the Post
Article page of the Discussion template?

Moreover, where can information be found about the many options contained in
the "Customize these drop-down menu selections">Form Properties?

Where is the Failed Posting page?

gee, apparently this cannot be done given the overwhelming reponse! I would
