customize delete command

i want to turn off the question "are you sure you want to delete this file"
within the programs. i know how to do the recycle bin command. thanks

Then don't delete from within the programs "Open dialog box".

I used to be able to right click "delete" whatever file or folder and somehow
got rid of the question..".was I sure."etc... forgot how to do this.

It's sort of in an odd place, so I don't blame you for not remembering where
it is. Right-click on your Recycle Bin and select Properties. Then look
towards the bottom, where it says "Display delete confirmation dialog".
Change that to your liking.
