I can use the right click menu on a form list header to customize a current
view in BCM e.g. 'Open Business Projects'. But, when I leave the list and
return all the customization is lost and it returns to the default. Are you
having the same issue? Any idea how to work round this problem?

Note: This issue was also happening with non BCM form lists until I
installed the latest bug fix. No mention of the problem was made in the bug
fix document but it definitely stopped happening after the update. Just a
shame it did not fix the same issue in the BCM lists.

I have the same problem. I use the Dutch version of BCM. It seems that the
changes are not saves. Did MS block this option?

A tech call to MS confirmed this as a bug. Unfortunately the new service
pack has not fixed this issue. I have also had problems with corrupted
databases (exactly the same as others) so I have decided this product falls
far below the minimum standard required in terms of quality and I have
discontinued its use.
