I am sorry, Let me see if I can explain it better. When you add a contact
into your address book in Outlook, you can assign them a category such as
business, favorites, gifts, etc. When I orginially set up my contacts list
and entered my contacts I assigned them into a category, I then assigned a
color so that anything that is entered into that category would show as blue,
red, green, etc. and this is what I have forgotten how to do.

Contacts reside in folders, not in the address book, which is just a viewer for the folder data. The address book displays no category information or colors, so I still don't understand what you're trying to do.
