I am using Outlook 2007 and customized the Calendar view that I would like to
use. I want to be able to view my calendar by week with 30 minute time
intervals along with my task at the bottom.

The problem is that if I click on my Mail, Contacts, or Tasks and then go
back to the Calendar view, The monthly view is displayed. How do I save the
view that I want to see?

Normal behaviour is for such views to be saved automatically. It is possible
there is a corruption in your outcmd.dat file. Exit Outlook and delete this
file under AppData/Roaming/Microsoft/Outlook. Outlook will re-create this
file when re-opened.

Thanks, but that didn't seem to do the trick.

Create a new view from scratch (View/Current View/Define Views/New)
