Hello,

Using "Customise Current View", I can change the formating of the font when
I'm viewing the list of e-mails in my own Inbox, which is helpful as I like
nice big letters for my straining eyes.

However, I don't know if it is possible to change my view of my boss's
inbox, for which I have delegated access?

You can apply one of your views to the mailbox.
