Customising an add-in tool bar

I have installed the Spider SMS add-in to Outlook.

It creates its own toolbar.

I do not want all the features of their toolbar in Outlook, but when I
change it and re-open Outlook it just returns back to its default state.

Is there anyway I can force it to save the way I want to, or not to appear
at all?

You can try deleting/renaming OutCMD.DAT and restarting Outlook. See if that
does it, otherwise that addin doesn't allow for its toolbar to be changed.

Where is OutCMD.DAT and will it affect the rest of my toolbar?

OutCMD.DAT holds toolbar customizations. Deleting it will reset all toolbars
