customised folder icon > batch process

Hi everyone,

I want to change the icon for a group of folders.
Currently, I can do it individually for each folder by
going to the folder Properties and choosing the
Customization tab and selecting the 'Change Icon' button.

However, if I select a bunch of folders and click on
Properties this doesn't work properly. I get shown the
Properties dialogue and I can use the 'Change Icon'
button, but the change tends to only affect one of the
many selected folders.

Is this a bug? Does XP allow this type of batch change to
a group of folders or items? Is there any work-around?

Many thanks in advance,
Stu
