Customise window when running as different user

While logged on as a member of Power Users group I often have an internet
explorer window open Run As administrator, which allows me to do various
administrative tasks without logging off and logging on again as
Administrator.

The Internet Explorer RunAs Administrator looks identical to Explorer run as
my normal user, so I wondered if there is a way I could customise the window
RunAs Administrator so I can easily distinguish it. This could be giving it a
different colour title bar, or a different logo in the top left corner, for
example, but I don't know how I could do these.

Grateful for any suggestions.
