I am looking for a way to use tasks to control inqiuires sent to customers
and orders comming from customers.
We have prepared some nonstandard collumns showing necessary fields.

One of the important field is a company and another one is Customer name. We
would not like to fill this fields just by typing. It would be much better
if these records are filled automatically just by selecting a contact from
public folders. Does anybody know how to achieve it?

Another problem is how to assign all correspondence to a record, but in such
a way that it would be possible to sort or filter such a correspondence.

In other way I would like to make a simple CRM system using Outlook.
