You can add items to or subtract items from the Windows install CD by using
either nLite or the RyanVM Integrator; see
http://www.nliteos.com/ or
http://www.ryanvm.net/forum/ for the forums. These programs will use the
existing CD as a source and then add or subtract other items as you dictate.
You then burn a new CD with the updates/addons/patches/etc.
Office is a totally separate issue. There are no addons that I know of that
will somehow merge the Office CD with the Windows CD. Menu software is
available if you want to make your own DVD with Windows and Office on it.
EasyBoot is the name of one if I remember correctly. (Google)
But Office updates/hotfixes/patches/etc can be merged with the original CD
using the Office Integrator; see
