On a multiuser computer I set up a custom user interface
to allow the user to only access a few programs. When I
did this I didn't realize it applied to all users. Now I
am locked out of all of the programs I need to use and
can't access the controls to change the rights. Is there
anything that I can do?

Post the exact text of any and all error messages you're receiving.
