Custom Toolbar with "Filter For: __________" Option

I'm running an Access Data Project with a 2002 Runtime on the client
computers. I am creating some custom menus to filter records on a few forms.

On the default popup menu in the full version of Access is a filter item
shown as Filter For: ____________ .

I'd like that option on my custom popup menu, but I'll be darned if I can't
find it. Any idea where I can find that item to add?
