custom toolbar buttons

Hi All,

I am new to excel vba coding. I got this excel file with all these fancy
userforms enabled inside. Very cool. I am testing out some new codes. Instead
of working on the main file, I made a copy of the main file and saved it
under a different name. When I open the copied file, all the custom toolbar
buttons are no longer presented. How do i get them back?
