Custom Tool Bar

Hi,

I created a custom tool bar in mdb form and converted to mde. When I place
it in a share drive and give each user a copy of the front end the user opens
the front end and it's the default Access tool bar menu and not the custom
tool bar that i created. Why isn't the custom tool bar not locked and show
the same in other users?
