Custom Text Buttons Outlook

I use to have custom text buttons in my toolbars in my outlook new mail
messages. I would just click on the button and my custom text would be
inserted and cut my work in half. I lost all these buttons when my pc was
replaced. I don't remember how to do this anymore. I have Outlook 2003.
Please someone help.
