Custom Stationery, Links Show up HUGE

Hi,
We created custom stationery in Office 2007 and when we load it in, the
areas we have as clickable hot links look HUGE. We used in Office 2003 fine.
Is there a new button to check or something? We haven't changed a thing.
Appreciate all response!
