CUSTOM SIZE PAPER / USER DEFINED PAPER SIZE

Hi
I need custom size paper / user defined paper size to print with Epson Stylus 1000
I made a custom form (as administrator) from Server properties but didn't appear in printer setup dialog
I use Windows XP prof edition with SP1
Is there any other way to solve this problem
