Word relies on the printer driver to determine what paper sizes are
available. Most drivers are hopeless with custom sizes and will default to
the nearest standard size. You may be able to setup custom sizes in the
driver, but the simplest approach is to use the next larger standard size
and make up the difference with the margins.
